Complaints

The CNPBC is responsible under the BC Health Professions Act for receiving complaints about its registrants. The CNPBC responds to each concern or complaint received. Complaints are reviewed by the Registrar and most are referred to the Inquiry Committee for further investigation and review. Investigators are assigned by the Inquiry Committee and the case is subsequently thoroughly reviewed by the Inquiry Committee. Complaints are resolved in a number of ways authorized under the Health Professions Act, but the majority are resolved through a consensual complaint resolution process.

Please use the form below if you wish to file a complaint.
