Dear Registrant,

Please take note that the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the CNPBC will be held:

• Thursday, May 5, 2011
• From 2:00 - 5:00 pm (Registration from 1:00 - 2:00)
• At the Hyatt Regency Vancouver,
  655 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2R7 (604) 683-1234

The meeting will commence at 2:00 pm sharp. We ask that you arrive at the meeting location by 1:00 p.m. to register and receive your AGM package so that the meeting can commence on time.

Please note that as per the CNPBC bylaws (article 2), the board will consist of four elected members. The election of two board members will take place at this AGM. The office must receive all nominations by April 15th 2011.

The Election Procedure is enclosed for full and non-practicising registrants in good standing. Please review the information to ensure proper procedure is followed.

Please Note:
For those unable to attend the meeting, Section 37 of the CNPBC bylaws indicates that a proxy holder must be designated to vote on your behalf. The Proxy Appointment Form must be received by the CNPBC office not less than 24 hours prior to the election.
